Spring is just around the corner. Around this time of year, it’s common for a lot of us to fall away from the routines we started in January. This blog is going to help you reconnect with your intentions and the promises you made yourself.  


Today, we're diving deep into the science behind consistency and why it's absolutely crucial for your wellness journey. First, let’s talk about why consistency matters; then we’ll get into actionable tips you can put to use in your own life. 


Why does consistency matter, from a scientific perspective?
