As a float facilitator, you’ll be a jack or jill of all trades.
A day most likely will include warmly greeting customers and mopping - you’ll do it all.
You’d be a great fit if:
- You thrive from human interaction, but also love being alone (the center is quiet, and we like it that way ;-) )
- You have a passion for floating or are interested in it
- You love being on time and showing up fully for your work
- You’re a problem solver and take pride in solving issues before they even occur
- You’re a go-getter and love to come up with innovative ways to solve problems
- You have excellent attention to detail, you know the secret code is FC530, even if you don’t know what it means yet
- You’re tech-savvy and/or willing to learn the unique float centers point of sales system Floathelm (we’re not looking for a tech wizard, but someone who isn’t afraid to learn a new skill)
- You’re committed to showing up 110% percent with everything you do
The deets:
- This position is part-time
- Must be available Saturday & Sunday afternoons and/or weekday nights.
These are the shifts we’re hiring for.
