These terms describe booking, cancellation, membership, gift-card and communication policies for Capitol Floats in Auburn and Sacramento.

1. Appointments and cancellations

Floating, Fire & Ice, infrared sauna and Somadome: please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a $20 fee.

Massage: cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment are charged the full price of the massage.

For help changing an appointment or questions about a refund, contact the location where you booked. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit so our team can provide your orientation.

2. Memberships

Memberships have a minimum four-month commitment and renew monthly until canceled. Membership changes, pauses and cancellations require 30 days’ notice. Scheduled charges within that notice period remain due.

After the minimum commitment, a membership may be paused once for up to 90 days. Send pause or cancellation requests to your location’s email below and obtain written confirmation. Include your name, account email and requested date.

Remaining credits generally remain available for 60 days after cancellation. Unlimited membership credits expire every 30 days and do not roll over. Unused credits cannot be converted to gift cards after cancellation. Membership renewals, unused portions and partial months are not refundable, except as required by law. 3. Service waivers and guest safety

Each service has a separate waiver and, where applicable, a health intake form to complete before participation. Review the form for your service and location, disclose relevant health information, and follow staff instructions. Ask your healthcare professional about any concerns before participating. These website terms do not replace your signed service waiver.

Follow all showering, hygiene and equipment-use instructions. Cleanup or contamination charges described in your applicable service waiver may apply.

4. Gift cards

Purchased gift cards do not expire and are not redeemable for cash except as required by law. Check the location and service shown when purchasing or redeeming a gift card. Contact our team for redemption assistance.

5. Text messaging

If you opt in to Capitol Floats text messages, you may receive appointment confirmations and reminders, booking assistance, customer-service responses, membership or account updates, promotional offers, and service notifications. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

Message frequency varies with your interaction and may be up to approximately two messages per week. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out. You will receive an opt-out confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact float@capitolfloats.com or 916-739-1218.

SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers collected for SMS communications will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or marketing-list purposes. See the Privacy Policy linked in our website footer for information about how we handle personal information.
