FAQS
Is there a membership commitment? Yes! All members agree to join for a minimum of 4 months. After your 4 month commitment is complete, you can reach out to us via email at float@capitolfloats.com within 30 days of your next membership charge to cancel your membership. With 4 months of floats under your belt, we imagine you'll be feeling relaxed and rejuvenated on a more regular basis - so, why mess with a good thing? Cancellation is available if you need it, but we have a feeling, you'll be sticking around :)
Do I lose my credits if I cancel? Your credits will rollover and never expire as long as your membership remains active. If you choose to cancel, any remaining floats or service credits need to used within 60 days of cancellation. Exceptions: Unlimited memberships (Club Fire & Ice, Super Floater Club) do NOT have rollover credits. Credits expire every 30 days for unlimited memberships
Can I use my membership at both locations? Yes! We have Floating, Fire & Ice and Infrared Sauna services at both Auburn and Sacramento, and offer Massage in Auburn and the Somadome in Sacramento. If you want to take advantage of your membership discounted pricing by visiting the center you don't call 'home', we encourage you to do so! It's one of the many perks to being a member with us.
