As a busy entrepreneur, with everything on my plate, it's easy to feel overwhelmed. But I've found my secret to staying energized, focused, and calm—contrast therapy.


Every day, I carve out time for a Fire & Ice session. It helps me recover faster from workouts, boosts my energy and concentration (better than espresso!), and has done wonders for my immune system and inflammation. Plus, it’s the perfect way to clear my mind and re-center myself.


What makes this even more special is that I recently got engaged, and I love sharing this experience with my fiancé. It’s the ultimate bonding activity for us, and we love practicing it as a team.

When I was training for a 50k, getting in the sauna and cold plunge every day made a huge difference in how sore I felt, my mental clarity, and reducing muscle cramps. My regimen was to spend around 30-45 minutes in the infrared sauna, then cold plunge for anywhere from 3 to 5 minutes. 


Contrast therapy is widely used by athletes to reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and accelerate muscle recovery. The cold immersion helps to decrease swelling and pain, while the heat relaxes muscles and increases blood flow, delivering essential nutrients to recovering tissues. Incorporating contrast therapy into your routine can help you stay on top of your game and reduce the risk of injury.
