Coronavirus INFO

Re-Opened May, 25th, 2020.

We successfully re-opened our centers on May 25th and have been operating safely under the state and county guidelines with no reported incidents of Covid-19.

With respects to the recent announcement by Gov. Newsome on 7/13/2020:

  • We are still open - our centers do not fall into the closure  categories outlined by the governor.

  • The covid-19 protocols we implemented, and adhere to, remain a top priority. Read below for details.

  • Masks are now required for entry. Please respect this rule, as it allows us to stay operational and keep everyone safe.

  • Saunas will only be for single guest use for the time being.

  • Massage will not be offered in Auburn for the time being.

The safety and cleanliness of our facility has always been a top priority and in light of the Covid-19 pandemic, we have implemented these additional measures to ensure we keep you safe:

  • ALL of our float tanks are equipped with a 1-micron, advanced filtration system. These systems ensure the highest level of sanitation for floating. You can learn more about these systems here.

  • We deep clean and sanitize all float rooms between guests. This is a previous standard that we've enhanced.

  • We now sanitize all other surfaces and key traffic areas in the center throughout the day.

  • All cloth garments continue to be washed after one use at high heat.

  • We'll have hand sanitizer available for you when you come in and leave.

Social Distancing and Masks

  • Our employees will wear masks and use disposable gloves when cleaning rooms and when interacting with you.

  • We require you to wear a mask while in the common areas of the center. We will have extra masks on-hand.

  • Our float schedules are adjusted to have plenty of room between appointments. This provides a buffer between clients and extra time for cleaning.

  • We will maintain a safe physical distance from you. We ask that you do the same.

  • We'll have posted signs about keeping the appropriate social distance.

  • Post Float space will have limited communal art supplies.

  • We ask that you do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your float appointment and encourage you to keep your post float time to 30 minutes max.

Cleanliness and Sanitation

We are committed to making you feel safe and comfortable to come into the sanctuary of the float center; your help in adhering to these protocols will help us protect the space. Thank you and we can't wait to have you in!
